The selfie camera on the Galaxy S6 reports a SLS_S5K4E6, that indicates a Samsung detector. 

it is a completely different detector tho', a 5MP one rather than the three.7MP detector within the Galaxy Note four. It's possibly identical selfie camera that goes into the Galaxy A series.
