Huawei shopper Business cluster, the Chinese conglomerate's shopper device division, reports a marked increase in revenue for the 2014 fiscal year.

The division reports that a complete of 138 million devices are shipped in 2014, a 7.8% increase year-on-year. seventy five million of these were smartphones, that marks a forty five growth thereon front.
The basis for Huawei's success lies in its call to target mid- to high-end devices back in 2012. Gathering momentum from then on, the corporate sold four million Ascend P7 flagship smartphones over a six month amount when its launch in June 2014.
